The United Way has three levels of awards that are given to companies, based on combined employee/employer participation in the campaign:
Commitment Award - 90% Employee Participation
Top Giver Award - Largest Employer/Employee Giving
President's Award - $10,000 or more
Gold Award – given to those companies with giving totaling $1,000 - $9,999.
Silver Award – given to those companies with giving totaling $500 - $999.
Bronze Award – given to those companies with giving totaling $250 - $499.
